The song was written by Mihkel Mattisen and Silvia Soro and produced by Mihkel Mattisen and Timo Vendt. It is best known as Estonia's entry to the Eurovision Song Contest 2013 held in Malmö, Sweden. The song competed in the first semi-final on 14 May 2013, placing 10th with 54 points, thus, qualifying to the final. In the grand final on 18 May 2013, the song placed 20th, gaining 19 points from Finland, Latvia and Lithuania. Alongside Õigemeel, 3 backing vocalists Kaido Põldma, Lauri Pihlap and Raimondo Laikre appeared on stage, while Põldma and Pihlap did the same in 2001 when Estonia won the contest in Copenhagen.
